Smile to Laugh

Laugh!!
From Bombay to Baroda and New York to New Delhi, life remains same with varied degree of speed – Wake up, get ready for work, commute, work, commute, eat, TV and sleep. Weekend fun is also routinized for few – Shop or Movie, Mall or Multiplex, TV or Game or even planned picnics by closed roof, central AC travelling! (Not against any of these until it becomes predicted routine)
Boredom enter in this routine so quietly with cat legs that you cannot notice your bored life until people notice that you are boring and dull living head.
In this very mechanical routine, we forget two most readily available antidotes – smile and laughter

1) Every morning, wake up, close eyes and smile!
2) During the day,
a. Laugh on yourself, on your small blunders (or wonders?) at least for 3 times a day!
b. Smile without reason! Go out, look at the sky, Kids playing, birds chirping and smile! (Don’t bother about what people will think!)
3) No matter how your day was, go to sleep with smile, with fulfillment and dreams for brand new day waiting for you.

What is ‘now’ becomes dull past if we just spend it diving into sea of past memories, good or ugly. If ‘now’ is not what we desire, we switch over to past channel showing all goodies. If ‘now’ is better experience, we compare it with past and conclude that past was always better but we hardly live up to ‘now’ and make it grand!
Slowly, past becomes dull as ‘now’ is wasted for millions of times spending on revisiting past.
Before it acts as devil now-eater, learn from past and drop it. Create fresh, unique and newest ‘now’ for every now.
