When we worry, we think of uncertainity of the future fueled by the negative thinking. This mindset also highlights our past failures. All we should focus on, is what we want to be in the future, what & where we want done by EOD, and align our minds to ask how to achieve that goal. Thats how winning is done, and we are winners! Never forget this fact!

What is ‘now’ becomes dull past if we just spend it diving into sea of past memories, good or ugly. If ‘now’ is not what we desire, we switch over to past channel showing all goodies. If ‘now’ is better experience, we compare it with past and conclude that past was always better but we hardly live up to ‘now’ and make it grand!
Slowly, past becomes dull as ‘now’ is wasted for millions of times spending on revisiting past.
Before it acts as devil now-eater, learn from past and drop it. Create fresh, unique and newest ‘now’ for every now.
